Good Morning Sunshine Smoothie



1 Banana

1 Small Apple

1 Cup Frozen or Fresh Berries

Protein Powder (optional)

1 Handful of Spinach

2 Cups of Coconut Milk, Almond Milk, or similar

2 - 3 Slices of Fresh Ginger (optional)

Cinnamon (optional)

Chia Seeds or Flax Seed (optional)

Ice Cubes if desired


Put all in blender and puree or blend on smoothie cycle until smooth.


Pour in tall glass and enjoy!
