Two large, ripe avocados

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Baking Cocoa (Cacao Powder if you have it)

Date Sugar (or roughly 6 dried dates, soaked in water 30 minutes)

1 Dash of Vanilla extract (unsweetened)


Creamier: add 1 Banana


Spicier:  add 1 Tsp of Cinnamon or a pinch of Cayenne Pepper




Scoop out the avocado from the shell, and place in a mixing bowl.  Discard the pit.

Add in the Baking Cocoa (or Cacao Powder) and Date Sugar (or Fresh Dates) and Vanilla.

Blend with a mixer until creamy and smooth.  Place in serving dishes and chill 30 minutes before serving.
